Does Practice Range training carry into Competitive?

No. Anything you toggle in Practice Range or custom games stays there. Competitive still runs on Riot servers with Vanguard.

Use the range to warm up sens and recoil. If you use external overlays or aim assists, that is outside normal practice settings—see our buying guide for how tiers work on PC.
